3.0.2 油气化工码头防火等级应按设计船型的吨级分级，按表3.0.2确定。
注：①液化天然气、液化烃码头以船舶总吨GT分级；
②位于江、河入海口水域开阔的河口港可参照海港执行。
条文说明
3.0.1 本规范提出的液化烃、易燃和可燃液体的火灾危险性分类与现行国家标准《石油库设计规范》（GB 50074）、《石油化工企业设计防火规范》（GB 50160）和《建筑设计防火规范》（GB 50016）协调一致。码头装卸常见的液体化学品火灾危险分类列举见表3.1。
3.0.2 根据海港及河港现有码头和船舶吨级统计资料，以及不同吨级、不同货种码头的防火和灭火管理要求，提出码头防火设计的分级标准。
